1 Introduction

4 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on SK999, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by applicable law or the operator's license jurisdiction. SK999 strictly prohibits minors from accessing the Platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where age cannot be verified.

5 Account Registration & Security

When registering an Account on SK999, you agree to:

• Provide a valid email address, a unique username and a strong password;
• Submit accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth and contact details;
• Complete any KYC verification steps requested by SK999 before or after your first withdrawal;
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Notify SK999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

SK999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all registered Users.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. Allowing another person to use your Account is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination.

6 Deposits & Payments

Deposits into your SK999 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• All funds deposited must be your own — drawn from a payment instrument registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• SK999 does not accept deposits derived from illegal sources. You represent and warrant that all funds you deposit are lawfully obtained.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method, account tier and applicable promotional terms. Current limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Payment method availability varies by jurisdiction and is subject to change. The cashier reflects current available options at the time of deposit.
• Processing times, fees and confirmation requirements differ by payment method. SK999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, wallet providers or banking institutions.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

SK999 may offer welcome bonuses, reload offers, cricket season promotions, cashback and other incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions and any specific Bonus Terms associated with each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Every bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are clearly stated for each offer and should be read in full before opting in.
• Minimum Deposit: Most bonuses require a qualifying deposit meeting a stated minimum threshold (for example, PKR 1,000 or as otherwise specified in the promotion).
• Expiry Period: Bonuses and associated wagering obligations expire after a defined period. Any unconverted bonus balance and related winnings are forfeited upon expiry.

8 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Verification: Withdrawals will not be processed until identity verification (KYC) has been completed to SK999's satisfaction. This applies to all users regardless of deposit method or balance size.
• Same-Method Policy: Funds must ordinarily be withdrawn to the same payment instrument used to make the qualifying deposit, in compliance with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Wagering Completion: No withdrawal of bonus-derived funds may occur until all applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled. Real-money funds not subject to bonus conditions may be withdrawn independently.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing any bet or wager on the SK999 Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Bets accepted by the Platform are final and binding once confirmed, subject to the applicable product rules and SK999's right to void bets under exceptional circumstances outlined below.
• SK999 reserves the right to void, cancel or refuse any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, in connection with a technical malfunction, or where SK999 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, match-fixing, insider information or collusion.
• All sporting event outcomes are determined by the results of the relevant governing body. In the event of any dispute regarding an outcome, the decision of the relevant authority (for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket, the ICC for international tournaments) shall be determinative.
• Bets accepted during technical outages, at manifestly incorrect prices or arising from software errors are not binding on SK999 and may be voided without obligation to pay out.
• Maximum bet limits and payout caps apply across all product verticals. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting interface and may be amended from time to time at SK999's discretion.
• Casino game outcomes — including slots, live dealer tables and table games — are governed by RNG (random number generator) systems and/or live dealer protocols. RTP figures are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the SK999 Platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account per person, household or IP address;
• Providing false, inaccurate or third-party information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated bots, scripts or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting or collusion with other players or platform staff;

• Sharing, selling or transferring your Account credentials to any third party;

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the SK999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of SK999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and view Platform content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of SK999. Unauthorised use of any SK999 content or trademarks may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and may be subject to legal action.

12 Privacy & Data

13 Responsible Gambling

Nothing in these Terms shall limit SK999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct or death and personal injury caused by SK999's negligence, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SK999 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

15 Termination & Account Closure

SK999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms or any incorporated policy;
• You provide false, misleading or unverifiable information;
• SK999 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation or court order;
• SK999 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other criminal conduct in connection with your Account;
• Continued operation of your Account poses a regulatory, compliance or reputational risk to SK999.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting SK999 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining (net of any bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SK999 holds its operating licence, as notified to Users from time to time. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, except to the extent that applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

Users in Pakistan are specifically reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any other applicable domestic legislation may restrict or prohibit online gambling. 17 Amendments to These Terms
